No Refunds
In accordance with our Terms & Conditions, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any purchases made on our website, including:

- Annual or multi-year membership plans.
Subscription & Membership Cancellations
While purchases are non-refundable, you have control over your ongoing services:
- Cancellations: You may cancel your membership or subscription service at any time by contacting us directly.
- Expiration: Upon cancellation, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (ie. the end of your 1-year or 2-year term) and will not renew.
- No Partial Refunds: We do not offer prorated or partial refunds for the remaining time left on a cancelled subscription or membership.
